Cancellation Policy

Private Lesson Policy To ensure fairness and availability for all students, we kindly ask that all clients adhere to the following private lesson policy: Booking & Payment All private lessons must be booked in advance. Payment is required as per the school’s booking terms. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a private lesson. With sufficient notice, we are happy to offer a new date and time, subject to availability. Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours) Any private lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. The full lesson fee will still be charged. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Any same-day cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will be treated as a completed lesson. These sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, and the full fee remains payable. By booking a private lesson, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which allows us to provide a high-quality and consistent service to all our students
